Delete Your Account

How to permanently remove your FADED account and data
This action is permanent. Deleting your account removes all your personal data from FADED. This cannot be undone. If you have upcoming bookings, please cancel them before deleting your account.

How to Delete Your Account In-App

Account deletion is available directly inside the FADED app. No need to contact support — you can do it yourself in under a minute.

Open FADED and sign in Make sure you're logged into the account you want to delete.

Go to your Profile tab Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Scroll to the bottom of Settings You will see a "Delete my account" link in red at the very bottom of your profile settings.

Confirm deletion A confirmation dialog will appear. Tap "Yes, Delete" to permanently delete your account.

Done Your account and personal data are deleted immediately. You will be signed out automatically.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

Data We May Retain

We may retain certain data for up to 7 years where required by Canadian law, including:

This retained data is stored securely, is not used for marketing, and is not shared with third parties except as required by law.

Barber Accounts

If you are a Barber, deleting your account also removes:

Pending payouts: Ensure all pending payouts have been received before deleting your account. Contact us at hello@letsgetfaded.com if you have outstanding earnings questions.

Can't Access the App?

If you are unable to access your account to delete it yourself, email us and we will delete it on your behalf within 30 days.
